Pastors Anu & Nishi

Pastors Anu & Nishi are the senior pastors of New Covenant Fellowship based in Durban, South Africa. They were entrusted with leadership of New Covenant Fellowship by the late founder, Dr Basil Tryon after his passing on 21 January 2023. They served under Dr Tryon’s leadership for over three decades. Pastors Anu and Nishi both lead national businesses for over 2 decades with a vision to achieve their Kingdom mandate of winning the lost and seeing radical economic transformation in the body of Christ. They are passionate about seeing people’s minds transformed through the revelatory Word of God to access all of God’s blessing and live their best lives now. They married in 1996 and have 2 daughters, Kiara Zoe and Caitlin Grace, who are both wonderfully committed to the ministry alongside their parents.

NCF brief history

New Covenant Fellowship was founded by Drs Basil and Anne Tryon in August of 1986 when Dr. Tryon heeded the call of God on his life. He stepped out in faith to plant a non-racial, non-denominational church with a multicultural expression of the Kingdom of God. From its humble beginnings, today the glorious faithfulness of God is evident in the beautiful sanctuary of worship that is enjoyed by the family of NCF. Dr. Tryon continued to pastor New Covenant Fellowship with unwavering faith, faithfulness, and solid commitment until his untimely passing in January 2023 when he graduated into his eternal rest. He passed the baton on to his spiritual son of over three decades, Pastor Anu Padayachee, who leads with his wife Pastor Nishi, by his side. They continue building on the foundation of faith and faithfulness and are equally passionate to see the Body of Christ empowered and transformed to represent Christ accurately on the earth, as Kingdom citizens.

Pastor Anu Padayachee is the senior Pastor of New Covenant Fellowship, Durban South Africa. He has a unique calling and gifting of King and Priest, and this is demonstrated through both his ministry and businesses. Pastor Anu carries a strong anointing and revelation of financial prosperity, faith and victorious Christian living. This gifting was identified very early on in his Christian life by his late spiritual father, Dr Basil Tryon, who saw in Pastor Anu a young man with wisdom beyond his years. Pastor Anu is passionate to see the body of Christ economically transformed, and people empowered in their minds and understanding, to fully access and enjoy total life prosperity and living their best lives now. He served and ministered with, Dr Basil Tryon both locally and internationally for decades, and today serves as the senior pastor of New Covenant Fellowship. Alongside his ministerial calling, he continues to lead his national business successfully. He is married to Pastor Nishi, herself a successful businesswoman, who introduced him to Christ. They have 2 daughters, Kiara Zoe and Caitlin Grace.
